Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking may take a few business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not changed immediately, don’t worry—the package may already be moving between carrier facilities.

Multiple Packages

To provide faster delivery, items from the same order may occasionally ship from different warehouses. They may arrive in separate packages or at slightly different times.

If one item arrives before another, please check the tracking information for each shipment. The remaining items may still be on their way.

Local Pickup and Post Office Delivery

Depending on local carrier procedures, your package may be delivered to a mailbox, parcel locker, local post office or authorized pickup location instead of directly to your door.

If tracking shows that the order is available for pickup, the customer is responsible for collecting it before the carrier’s deadline. Delivery to an authorized local pickup location is considered a valid delivery attempt.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your Fish Slippers must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Clean and in their original condition
• Returned with the original protective packaging when available
• Sent back only after receiving return instructions from our support team

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving the correct return address and instructions.

Incorrect or Damaged Item

If you receive the wrong color, wrong size or a damaged item, contact us as soon as possible. Include clear photos of the product and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning an unwanted item or a size ordered incorrectly. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll provide the applicable resolution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Unclaimed and Pickup-Location Packages

Some local carriers deliver packages to a post office, parcel locker or authorized pickup location. FloWave cannot control whether a local carrier offers door-to-door delivery in your area.

Packages that are not collected before the carrier’s deadline are not considered lost in transit and do not automatically qualify for a refund. If an unclaimed package is returned to us, any refund eligibility will be reviewed after it is received.
