All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.
Multiple Packages Notice
To ensure the fastest delivery, some items in your order may ship from different warehouses. As a result, your products may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, or global events.
💰 Taxes & Duties
All duties, taxes, and tariffs are included in your purchase.
If you receive any calls, messages, or emails from customs requesting additional information or payment, please contact us immediately with your order number, and our support team will assist in resolving the issue.
📍 Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
FloWave™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer input errors.
If you notice a mistake, contact our support team as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our fulfillment center and is handed over to a third-party carrier:
FloWave™ is not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages.
FloWave™ is also not responsible for delivery errors made by the shipping carrier.
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any shipping-related issues after dispatch become the responsibility of the customer and the third-party carrier.
That said, as a valued customer, our Customer Support Team will do its best to assist you in communicating with the carrier and resolving any issues where possible.
🚛 Third-Party Shipping Carriers
Shipping is provided by independent third-party carriers unaffiliated with FloWave™.
FloWave™ is responsible for your order until it is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once the package leaves our facility, all shipping-related matters are outside of our control and must be addressed through the carrier.
